Embodied meditation is a way to attend to your present moment experience in stillness. I will teach you how to sit, how to breathe and how to attend to each passing moment as it arises. Mindfulness is a gateway toward slowing down enough to hear what your soma needs to tell you. If you choose to start this journey, I can assist you along the way- whether you already have a practice, or if you are just starting out.
